- Bolts: outer brace (8 for legs 2″, 16 for hinges 2″,2 for latch), inner brace (16 for wheels 2″, 16 for hinges 2″, 5 for long lever, 5 for short lever), long lever (4 for latch)
- Lock nuts for bolts: 72
- lock nuts for wheels: 4
- Washers 72
- 2 2×4 to go across legs
- 2 2×4 to hold wheels
- 2×4 for long lever
- 2×4 for short lever
- 1 scrap of wood for latch
- 1 scrap 2×4 for latch
- 4 lock nuts for feet
- 4 wheels (I used Harbor Freight 4-wheeler)
- 4 butt hinges
- 1 gate latch
Cut two pieces of 2×4 for the braces.
Cut two pieces of 2×4 for wheel boards.
Drill holes to attach braces to legs.
Drill wheel holes in wheel board. wheel board.
Attach hinges to wheel board. Leave enough space for wheel washer.
Attach wheel board to brace.
Cut 2×4 for long lever.
Attach 2×4 scrap to end of lever.
Attach long lever to wheel board.
Cut short lever. Round the end.
Add scrap to brace.
Attach latch bar to scrap.
Attach one half to the lever.
